Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ReplyBrew ("the Service"), operated by HelixForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to the ReplyBrew web application at replybrew.com and the ReplyBrew Chrome extension.
2. Description of Service
ReplyBrew is an AI-powered tool that helps local business owners generate professional, on-brand replies to customer reviews. The Service uses artificial intelligence to draft reply suggestions based on your inputs, including review text, tone preferences, and business context. Generated replies are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before posting.
3. Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Plans and Pricing
ReplyBrew offers a free plan with limited usage (20 AI replies per month) and a paid Pro plan. The Pro plan provides 500 AI replies per month along with additional features. Pricing for the Pro plan is $39 per month (monthly billing) or $290 per year (annual billing). We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Reply limits reset on the first day of each billing period.
5. Payment and Billing
Payment for the Pro plan is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except at our discretion.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, threatening, or otherwise unlawful. You must not use the Service to generate fake reviews or impersonate others. You are solely responsible for any replies you post publicly using content generated by the Service. You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface.
7. AI-Generated Content
The Service generates reply suggestions using artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality outputs, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not reflect your intended tone. You are responsible for reviewing all generated replies before posting them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated content. ReplyBrew is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated replies.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by HelixForge and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (such as your business context and review text). You own the AI-generated replies created through your use of the Service and may use them freely. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
9. Chrome Extension
The ReplyBrew Chrome extension is an optional component that provides in-page review reply functionality on Google Business Profile. By installing the extension, you grant it permission to access and modify content on business.google.com for the purpose of detecting reviews and inserting generated replies. The extension communicates with our servers to generate replies and sync your account data.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelixForge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that AI-generated content will be error-free.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@replybrew.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or emailing you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
